Ft. Lauderdale — Mr. Eli Tisser has joined Normandy Harbor Insurance Co. (NHIC), a workers' compensation insurance carrier in Ft. Lauderdale, as Controller. An executive with 20 years of financial and accounting experience within the workers compensation arena, Tisser has held similar positions with Amtrust Financial Services and Northern Funding, LLC, both in New York City.
