To check the status of your Workers’ Compensation application submitted via the online quoting system, please check in the system.
For all other submissions, reach out to the underwriter. If you haven’t received a response yet, your application may still be under review.
Yes. All agents that are appointed with Normandy have an online account (even if you’ve never accessed it yet). If you are logging in for the first time, reset your password and follow the instructions to gain access.
If you are not yet appointed with Normandy, you will need to get appointed first so that an account can be set up for you.
Log in to the online quoting tool and view your dashboard to check the status of your quotes. The system will display all your submitted quotes (including any that were declined, abandoned, or referred to an underwriter) and their current status. This allows you to monitor each quote’s progress in real time.
Yes. The quoting platform allows you to bind eligible policies online once you have a successful quote. For example, workers’ compensation policies can be quoted and bound instantly through the portal (with same-day underwriting approval on binds). The online quoting tool streamlines the process so you can finalize coverage without delay.
Normandy’s online quoting tool currently provides instant quotes for Workers’ Compensation, BOP, General Liability, Professional Liability and Cyber. These business insurance lines can be quoted (and bound, if eligible) directly through the platform, and Normandy plans to continue expanding the platform to additional lines to meet agents’ needs.
Yes. Normandy Insurance has access to a broad range of other insurance markets through its brokerage division. If a risk is declined by the instant online system, Normandy’s underwriters can shop the submission to over 40 partner markets (across Workers’ Comp, General Liability, Property, Yacht, and more) to find an alternative quote. This means a declined online quote can often be placed with another carrier available to Normandy.
To access the policy system, click the “Manage Policies” button on the top navigation.
Step 1: Ensure you have access and are signed into the Online Manage Policy Portal. If you do not, please reach out policyadmin@normandyins.com so they can grant you access.
Step 2: Click on “Settings” towards the right of the navigation bar at the top of your screen.
Step 3: Scroll down to the “ACH Payment Settings”, update your details & press “Save” to complete!
All active Normandy agents are automatically enrolled in Normandy Rewards — no sign-up required. If your agency chooses to opt out, you won’t be able to earn or redeem points.
To access your rewards: Log into the Normandy Rewards platform.
You can view your current points balance anytime in the Rewards platform.
For every $1,000 of premium that you bind through Normandy, earn 10 points. Points will appear in your rewards account 10 days after the policy effective date.
Points are earned on all NEW accounts bound directly with Normandy or through our brokerage department — every bound policy helps you earn rewards!
The minimum net premium needed to earn points is $1,000. The maximum number of points you can earn on an individual policy is 2,500 points.
From time to time, we may run special promotions, contests, or limited-time offers that let you earn bonus points.
Your commission is not affected in any way — this program is a bonus on top of what you already earn.
Your points can be redeemed for curated, upscale rewards — including gift cards and premium physical products.
