Workers' compensation insurance is a complicated employee issue, and our policyholders have come to expect timely and proactive guidance from our staff. When we began our search for a vendor, our due diligence included a review of each company's customer service culture along with the standard financial and background examinations. MIS stood head-and-shoulders above the others on all of our metrics. NHIC is pleased to partner with MIS as we continue to deliver superior workers' compensation insurance coverage and service to Florida employers."
