Referral Program Rules

Overview‍

Normandy Insurance Company (“Normandy”) is offering a limited-time referral promotion. Appointed agents can earn 250 Rewards Points for every new agent they refer who becomes appointed. The referred agent will also receive 250 Rewards Points.

How It Works

1. Tell another licensed insurance agent about Normandy.
2. Have them complete the Become an Agent form and list your name in the “Did someone refer you?” field.
3. Once they’re appointed, both of you will receive 250 Rewards Points in your Normandy Rewards account.

Eligibility

• Open to currently appointed Normandy agents in good standing.
• The referred agent must not already be appointed with Normandy.
• The referred agent cannot work for an agency that is already appointed with Normandy.
• The referred agent must submit the Become an Agent form at www.normandyins.com/get-appointed-with-normandy and enter the referring agent’s name in the “Did someone refer you?” field.
• Only one referring agent may receive credit per new appointment.

Program Dates

Promotion ends January 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

Reward Details

• Each successful referral earns 250 Rewards Points for both agents.
• Points are credited within 30 days of appointment confirmation.
• Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed through the Normandy Rewards program.
• Approximate value: 250 points = $125.
• There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Additional Terms

• Only referrals submitted with the referring agent’s name in the form are eligible.
• Normandy reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny rewards for fraudulent or duplicate entries.
• Normandy may modify or end this program at any time without notice.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules and the Normandy Rewards Terms & Conditions.
