You can do it a number of ways:
To check the status of your Workers’ Compensation application submitted via the online quoting system, please check in the system.
For all other submissions, reach out to the underwriter. If you haven’t received a response yet, your application may still be under review.
To access the policy system, click the “Manage Policies” button on the top navigation.
Step 1: Ensure you have access and are signed into the JW Online Portal. If you do not, please reach out policyadmin@normandyins.com so they can grant you access.
Step 2: Click on “Account Settings” towards the right of the navigation bar at the top of your screen.
Step 3: Scroll down to the “ACH Payment Settings”, update your details & press “Save” to complete!
To make a payment, log into the policy portal and click on “Pay Bills” from the home screen. Additionally, you can call our general number at 866-688-6442 to reach our support team who can assist you.
To get a copy of your certificates of insurance, please contact your agent directly. They will be able to provide you with the certificates you need. If you’re unsure who your agent is, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
To view your billing and other account details, visit the policy portal and navigate to the “Account Settings” section.
To obtain a copy of your loss history, simply log into the policy portal and navigate to the “View Losses” section.
Your insurance agent will typically handle the renewal process by reaching out to our team on your behalf. If needed, they can provide you with the most up-to-date information about your policy and assist with any next steps.

To report a claim, please visit our Report a Claim page. You can also access it by selecting "Claims" from the top menu. There are multiple ways to report a claim, so pick the method that works best for you.
Your workers' compensation adjuster is available to assist with any questions you may have. You can find the adjuster's direct contact information in the claims package mailed to you by Normandy Insurance, as well as in the text message sent when your claim was first reported.
